Driver & License |

The hirer
must be older than 21 years and below 60
years of age and be in possession of a
valid Malaysian / International driving
license with 2 years qualified driving
experience. |

2. |
Rates |
|
|
Rate quoted
are for a minimum of 24 hrs rental with
unlimited mileage and includes
maintenance. Rate for every additional
hour is based on 1/6 the daily rate. |

3. |
Rental Extension |
|
|
Hirer may
extend the rental period provided we are
notified earlier. The additional amount
is to be settled in advance to enable
insurance coverage to be extended.

4. |
Payment Terms |
|
|
Payment only
by Credit Card. All major credit cards
accepted. |

5. |
Petrol / Gas |
|
|
Cost of
petrol / gas is borne by the hirer. |

6. |
Parking, Traffic Fines & Fees |
|
|
Borne by the
hirer. |
|
7. |
Accident |
|
|
In case of
accident please notify the nearest FMT
office. |
|
8. |
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) |
| |
The hirer is
responsible for damage / replacement
cost to an amount of RM2,000. This
liability can be waived by purchasing a
CDW (rates shown below). Missing items
and lost accessories are not covered by
insurance or CDW. |

Personal Accident Insurance (PA) |

hirer may also arrange for personal
accident coverage of up to RM50,000.00.
The rate is RM5 per day for all vehicle
groups except for vehicle group G, which
is RM10 per day. |
